on my road trip back from denver
i went to the most ridiculous place i have ever been:
the big texan!
this photo gives the best true feeling to me of how the place was
totally weird and kinda on the tad creepy
full of truck drivers and bus loads of kids going to baseball tournaments
just all kinds of crazy!!

it is funny how this little project came into my life.
making this a lesson plan to teach for an interview got me a job.
then one of my students gave me a tube of henna.
it is intresting how things came into full circle.

it was quite a therapudic trip.
road trip back home with a favorite friend of mine.

some amazing things in my garden

so i havent blogged in a very long time.
i guess its a new year and i feel more safe now.
i had a rough year last year but i do have some highlights from it.
these photos are from a beautiful birthday surprise i got in my garden!!
the flower hadnt opened yet in the morning,
but by the end of the day it was amazing!

one year!

just wanted to say that jack is my heart.
he is what got me through the year 2009 of trials and tribulations.
he has the most beautiful energy and heart.
2010 will be fantastic.

i dont know where i would be if my mom and i werent so close.
i am still trying to find a job and its been hard.
my mom is a miracle worker and is just always there when i need her.
how can i begin to do the same for her...i will be forever in debt to her...
